Shipping Policy:

We offer ground, 2-day and next day shipping services. Packages with ground shipping generally take 7 business days from placing an order to arrival at your door. 2-day and next day orders placed by 12pm MT ship the same day Monday through Friday. Return Policy:

At Mountain Flower Botanicals, LLC, we stand behind our products 100%. We value the premium quality of our products and are devoted to exceptional customer satisfaction. If any product doesn't meet your expectations, we want you to send it back within the first 30 days of delivery and we will happily give you the opportunity to exchange for another product or receive a full refund. Please email us at orders@mountainflowerbotanicals.com with your request and information on the order you'd received. Or call us at 970-872-3211 M-F 9am-4pm MT.

Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued and an email confirmation will be sent regarding that transaction.
